Cobalt-based alloy sprayed surface, multi-arc ion plating and multi-component nitriding surface have better corrosion resistance. These three kinds of test pieces are all able to withstand 48h salt spray corrosion. Compared with the other two kinds, the salt spray resistance of multi-component nitriding test pieces is slightly worse.
